I ordered on line for delivery to a family member for Thanksgiving. The next day, I received a call from Leaf & Stem telling me the container in the picture was no longer available. She then described several other containers that I might like, as unique as the one I originally chose, and couldn't have been more apologetic about the situation. I took her recommendation on a substitute, and when I saw the arrangement yesterday at the family member's home, I was so happy I did! It was just beautiful, and the container was perfect! Would definitely recommend Leaf & Stem, and would buy from them again. Great customer service!
